holiday training

today went to sch earlier to c laogong training..den later the others came...today overall got 7 ppl attend red cross training onli...we were late n some mistakes in our attire we've made cauz us to do punishments...madms dun wan to do pt or rite lines..they wan new punishments...in the end we've to do half squad for 7 min...but i veri shi bai... for a while onli den cannot take it le...legs keep dou(shiver)...dou de chao li hai...den i changed to do level one...c them endure me veri pei fu the others...so li hai...can endure...aiya is me useless lah...cannot endure de.. shi bai...tai shi bai le..den after the punishment...my legs still zai dou..dunno how to stop them frm shivering...dou dao hen jiu leh...so wat...stupid legs!footdrill was not gd cauz me 4get some drills le n fall in wrongly...so pai sei leh...den we cannot coordinate our banging..aiya watever lah...veri lan jiu shi le...pt was ok or fun...cauz i like pt mahs...haha..ran 3 rounds ard the sch...veri shoik!!!but me n yilin intend or wanted to run 4 rounds de...haha...den when running they joked den xingyu accidentally knocked to yilin n both of them fell..aiyo...yilin ah injured again...poor ting sia...take care leh!('.') later debrief..each of us muz say someting abt the madms..haiya..say le later u all bu gao xing...if not jiu shi veri bhb like tat..watever lah...jokin lah...during training they call us one by one to go c them...den tok to us..say our bad points n so on...they say me speak too soft le...hope i can change...they say yilin got attitude problem...got meh? dun tink so ah...wa today...the whole training my hair chao luan...like mad ppl frm IMH chu lai de...aiya ay i frm IMH de mah...so is common lah...haha now leg suan n like got skin come out..pain pain sia...haiz tmr instead of go outing wif bb 4 total defence ting..muz go red cross ting..muz go plaza sing..by 8.30 den frm there we go hq to dunno do wat lah..i so blur...every red cross ting oso involed..bu blur cai guai...so nov veri busy wif red cross events...yinyin good lor...go china until dec..no nid to go training n no nid go so mani activities...can relax sia...ay heng ah!!!mei you bei ma frm madms 4 the mistake i've made..(in case u dunno..c last entry)xie tian xie di!lucky sunday nid to go my cousin's house cauz her baby one month old...so i no nid go red cross ting....yay!ok..got to end here..bye...
