full day training for pop
just had a full day trng yesterday from 8 to 5 plus.taught everything they nid to know for the parade. hope they can practise at home. n remind themselves n prevent themselves from doing the same mistakes. people, pls straighten ur arms, locks ur arms-not for a moment but for the whole parade.legs 90 degree when hanta.dun drag-control.look up n look smart dun kip turning ur heads ard n dun figid in the squad. arms 90 degree in front n 45 degree to the back. baloh at the point.first row slow down n the back people catch up.check ur attire n dressing before falling in. remember ur fall in n fall out. for stationary drills-turn together n fast n sharp.den lift ur legs up 90 degree n bang together n u will hear one solid bang. for marching drills, remain in ur rows n files. stay compact.onli one arms spacing.dun leave a big gap between each other. you all haf improve in ur dragging. ur dragging is reduced n not so loud le as compared to the last trng.kip it up n try to cut off the dragging.den shout ur timing together. wrong hand change immediately.use the method i teach u all but dun jump until so high until can see veri clearly tat someone jump up.on POP tat day, pls make sure all of u haf ur breakfast! at least a cup of milo if realli no time.if not try to wake up earlier to find things to eat. i dun wish to c anyone wan to faint on tat day.i noe yesterday trng was tough for u all cause it's the first time u haf such a long trng but den u c our drills, we nid to perfect it. we can't afford to screw up on tat day.ppl. it's ur promotion day leh! do ur best so tat u deserve ur ranks.i noe u all r veri tired aft the trng haf a good rest! =)stay strong n healthy during POP tat day. n go iron ur uniform.do all the things tat we told u to. if u r still unsure or unclear of wat to do, feel free to ask any of ur seniors.make sure ur uniforms r up to standard!
