it takes time but we can start by train gd cadets so tat they can lead the unit to a greater height.
we start off wif CAC not so gd but it's still onli 3 marks to 2nd runner up.u all did ur best le.
n FAC 1st runner up.it's realli a huge improvement le.
a gd start in our NCO life.
but wat about our studies.it's disaster le. haf to work hard to balance up studies n CCA.
both of us thinks the same.
CCA is more important coz it builds our character.
just compare wif we last time sec 1 till now. how did our character change?
it's definitely frm bad to gd.
without a gd character no matter how clever u r is still not gd de.it's useless.
i rather b the stupidest person in the world but haf an excellent character n gd leadership qualities.
this journey has been a long one.
it makes me committed day by day.
mayb i might not show or can't show how committed i am but i noe it myself tat i love red cross n it is as important as my life.
nobody or nth can replace red cross.
