sec 2s n sec 3s, u all finalli realised how it sucks tat u all wan to remain as before. u all wan the time to stop right?

we were utterly disappointed.

AIC haf no discipline.
Secretary did a bad proposal.
Discipline din read out the rules n din ensure discipline.
Welfare din do her job. played the games but not takin her first aid kit n b on standby.
Logistic also din do her job instead some1 else helped her.
everything was so messy la.
the enthusiasm was not there.
i loved the enthusiasm tat u all showed durin the try outs of the games. when we became clowns n entertained the NCC ppl.
i tot u all had improved le but wat did u all shwed us?
on tat day morning u all showed tat u can give us gd bangings n i'm touched by tat but in the afternoon, u all made us disappointed.
u all said tat u all were sure tat there r more than 10 sec 1s but we all told u nt to b over confident coz we afraid tat u might b disappointed if onli a few turned up.
i like ur confidence but u must know when u shld haf so much confidence n when u shld not.

we were upset coz we had put in lots n lots of effort but u all showed tat u din appreciate n gave us crap.
we know n can see tat some of u had also put in a lot of effort but mayb it's just tat not all of u r working equalli hard.tat's y u can't get wat u wan.
u all r a team.u haf to work together in order to get the result u wan.
but some of u r putting in lots of effort but some r not. u all pulling the others down.
11 ppl shld produced a better result but in the end....
sec 2s have made the outing a success.
sec 3s have put in their effort for the CCA open house.
so y can't u all do the same for the ice breaker?
i dun wan to hear ppl complain tat u all have been doin so mani proposals n all.
to be fair for u all, we made all of u do this ice breaker so tat u all can work together as seniors for the sec 1s. showed tat u all r capable in planning n carrying out great activities for them.
this ice breaker is for u all to bond.

yiling tou tai zhuan shi n become a obedient yiling.now she comes for trng n know what she wan to achieve in RC.she is putting in her effort to mi bu the days tat she din come for trng.juz onli she lack of experience tat's y she has to work even harder than any1 else. n i can also c the enthusiasm in her.

vivien being the loud one.competing with another girl during the footdrills with CVSS. we were so proud of u la.though i laughed when i told yf tat but in our heart we think tat vivien chia has improved a lot.

juliana the one wif most badges on her uniform.one tat can b disciplined enuf.juz tat she still not sure on how to discipline others.she can put in her best in NDP 2007.i went wif her so i know tat she is veri disappointed tat she can't march for the last show coz she haf sore eyes but i c the determination in her tat she wan to join NDP next year again so tat she can feel the honour n glory in marching on the actual show.

i knew how u all feel even though u all dunno how to express out.but we can c n feel frm our heart.
sec3s remember wat was my expectation for u all for this year's CUGC. u all promised me! dun let me down.
sec2s, u all have grown too.
frm little kids tat dunno anything.dunno how to b disciplined n dun feel anything for ur CCA until now when we saw u all cried just bcoz of wat we said tat touched ur heart, we were happy.

mendi.she is always the one takin the lead.i can c her initiative.she's not afraid to do things wrong.she is brave enuf to try.she's our sunshine.she is the one tat brightens up our day.she can b veri talkative but she know when to stop.she had done a gd job as casualty for the cca open house.we were amazed tat u acted ao real when we try out for the first time in the canteen.

kewei.one of the disciplined in her batch.she's veri veri hardworking.she worked veri hard for her evac.we were veri proud for her n pearlyn when they pass their evac bronze n silver.they realli make themselves proud.they managed to carry up others even though they r small size.glad tat u all listened to what i haf said.the onli thing is tat u shld not b so nervous when u think tat u dunno smth or not sure of smth.must relax a bit.dun so tensed up!

pearlyn. we were veri proud tat u passed ur evac gold. u know tat u will fail right? but u did well in ur lesson plan tat's y u pass.frm the start we can c tat u dun realli like RC right? u dun feel anything but now can c tat u r always puttin u effort in everything.u haf feelings for RC le.u worked hard for ur evac tat's y u deserved ur gold badge.n also u helped me in asking ur cugc section ic to dun bulli me.i was amazed n felt a lot when u did tat though i juz laugh n so on.

goh yilin.the OIC for the outing.though it's a outing but it can b veri difficult to plan to but u had done well in leading ur squadmates in makin this outing a fufilling one which have fufill it's objective.the outing was a successful one.make sure u haf this kind of attitude in doin everything in the future.i remembered tat u shouted to get our attention when we were noisy during the outing.it's kind of the 1st time cing u shout.n also tat fancy drill trng, u r the 1st one to give ur comments.u noe we were shocked.

vivian.though u r not discipline enuf but u r another one who will take initiative n also veri enthu.but u must not b blur now n dun frightened away ur sec 1s k?n dun b nervous when doin footdrill. i know u r a fast learner but when u r anxious u can't do well.continue to learn how to b a gd senior ba!i believed u can do a gd job de.

winny.the one who always entertained us wif ur lame jokes.i can always c wu ya fei guo.u can also b a fast learner.u can put in lots of effort but u said tat sometimes u put in ur effort u dun c the result.the onli thing tat i can say is mayb u r not focus enuf or u nid a bit more help frm others?u haf to come for trng often so tat u wun lose out.u can overcome ur fear n so on to b a great emcee.well done!u can lead but u haf to take more initiative n must nt b blur!i can c the improvement in u.hope tat u will continue to improve n feel a lot more for RC.

sometimes mayb we gave the wrong posts to the wrong person but wat we want is to give each n everyone of u a chance to try out different posts different things n to observe who r the ones tat can lead.
sometimes u haf to start low n slowly go up to OIC. we r training u not tat u can't lead. we can't haf someone who is always the OIC n onli noe how to lead.as a leader, u must noe how to lead, b discipline, know how to do the rest of the other's jobs.u must know how to make decision n of course right decision.dun let anything affect u in doin wat u wan or haf to do.overcome all the barriers.haf confidence in herself.n noe how to communicate with the rest.must ensure tat there's no communication breakdown.make sure tat her committee is working hard together.nobody slack n nobody pull the whole committe down.
