Although compliments are nice to the ears but you gain them only when you put in your best and deserve it, not by demanding for it or ask for it when you did not do your best to earn it.
If you really deserve it, nobody would limit their compliments.
We definitely hope to give them to you.
Strive harder to earn it from us.
We're all waiting.
Nobody wants to look down on you or make you demoralise.
We want you to be better than us, that's our only reason.
