my soulmate.: POP 2008

yup.it all ended yesterday.

POP was held yesterday.

it's so called a grand parade but i think the drills r still not up to standard.

there were many mistakes made.

i would not say here is up to you to realise.

but i'm not disappointed.

coz the sec1s promised tat they will do better in the POP n they really got improve a little.

after the parade, i've nth to do.really nth.

bored to death.

wanted to slp but can't.

so waited until 3 plus and it's our farewell party.

we were blind folded n the sec2s brought us up.

n all bcoz of teoh yilin, we muz stand outside the ava room until e cadets found her.

so in the meantime i was holding the balloons tat contained their letters inside and i just anyhow beat and touch the ppl ard me.

n when i feel that it was yf i would scream n move away.

went in n sat down,still blindfolded.

i realised sitting behind me,back facing back was yilin so i keep leaning back and hit her head.haha

den had video frm the sec2.

oh my i din cry u noe.

everytime i watch video i will cry de but not tat.

i dunno y lei.

den madm xinyu also made a ppt for us.

e photos r similar la.but the words r different.

den had speech frm sec 2s to sec 4s.

some cry until dunno wat to say le.

i was like water tap.can't stop crying.

keep wiping my tears with the bandages tat we used to blindfold juz now.

coz i forget to bring tissues.
however,i was not e first to cry.

yf was the first.

achievement leh.

i guess because i know i will really miss u girls so much,tat's y i cried so much.

after all thet crying, we began to give up all the presents tat we bought or made.

felt so gd giving out to them.

my 2 days of hard work.

slept at 2 on tues n wed n only 2 hour plus on thurs just to make all these n write the 2 pg long letters for the sec 2s n 3s.
but the video took even longer coz everytime i do my com will hang so it took me a lot a lot of time to complete.

after the farewell party i waited for sec3s to finish debriefing so tat i can take pics with them n the sec 2s.

so i waited until i finalli can take with the sec2s n i realised the sec3s were missing.

found them at the 2nd floor toilet.

n sadly.they changed out of their uniform when i told them not to.

but nvm lo.still took pics with them.

on fri, aft our conquer o we went to join the cadets.we did footdrills n stuff.

we realised tat we lack of practice.

i shall not elaborate everything.

but one unforgettble part was the NCOs doing outdoor cooking in the night for our dinner.

and we sat outside the rc room and eat and tok together.

yup TOGETHER!

it has been a long time since we enjoy doing smth together.the 6 of us!

i really can't forget tat part of the camp.

i hope the clock will stop den.

when will we haf time enjoying our own cooked food without caring abt the cadets
tat was the onli time i guessed.

the onli time tat i can sense our bond again.

aft tat we went to bathe n went to the com lab n print certs while i continue to write my last 2 letters.

hais.there's a lot of things i wan to tell them but there's no way i can remember and say everything.

juz tat jiayou sec 3s!

NCOs le.

the unit and the room is urs le.

u've to work hard.

although there's onli 3 of u n 2 of u haf 3 posts n the other 1 haf 2 posts but i believed u r capable in managingg everything de.

so this shows tat notbody is allowed to slack coz u will cause burden to the rest.

u all haf to b even more hardworking.

all of u haf to b more firm n strict.

u shld noe when to play n when nt.

i'm nt asking u all to b serious at all times but u girls muz noe the limits.

don't b lost.

if u r, how r u goin to lead the unit?

hide ur fear, dun show it to ur cadets.

be brave.

we r still there to give u all advices until u can be on ur own.

n some other things i've said it in my speech or 2 pg long letter le.

n tan yiling! pls dun eat so much.

one day u will choke urself or ur stomach will b like my balloon so bloated until can burst.

sec2s.

all of u made me proud.

ur attitude towards rc haf changed a lot.

i'm veri glad.

continue to work hard.

i really enjoyed all the moments with u all.

tat's y every trng, i'll b there frm the start till e end.

i wun leave u ppl de.

it's really challenging n interesting to change ppl like yilin n pearlyn.

i like to challenge myself.

cox i will feel veri proud aft i've made it.

n all the efforts paid off.

u've got to b independent le coz u can't rely on ur sec3s le.

they r ur madms now. remember!

respect them.

it's time for u to teach ur sec1s.

sec1s.

i dunno whether u will read this a not but i hope u noe wat i did tat morning was to wake u ppl up.

i mean mentally.

i nid u ppl to help the sec3s n not give them a hard time.

u haf to b more sensible,have more initiative,be more outspoken,move with a sense of urgency n dun b retarded.

u haf to think of others esp ur batch or squad mates.dun b self-centered.

help one another juz like our motto:serve one another.

ENDURE!

never give up!

u all haf to b strong.

do u all noe u r veri fortunate?

if it's other batches of NCOs, they will just scold u even more.

they wun give u so much time to change.

it has been half a year le.

it's really time for u ppl to grow up le.

thru the camp,i saw most of the sec2s n 3s putting in their best effort.even juliana.at least u r responsible enuf to send all the food stuff even u r not in camp.but there's some other things u haf improve on.like doin drills u've to spot their mistakes n tell them n nt continue on without telling them.like tat u dun haf to do the drills.
the sec ones n wanting n qianru.some of u were improving n showed me ur capability but the rest juz stay still.u r too dependent on ur seniors.that's nt good.tat's y i did all tat to make u learn.i hope it realli work n nt waste everybody's time.
